Q: What is the overall steps to order with you?
Step 1: Click Retail for individual buyers and click Wholesale for full container load order buyers.
Step 2 : Print Item ID with Quantity plus your Seaport-Send to us via Contact us form. We'll send you a pro forma invoice with detail.
Step 3: You make down payment as directed in the pro forma invoice.
Step 4: We start your order as soon as we get your deposit.
Step 5: When the goods are finished we'll take pictures and send to you via email for your confirmation.
Step 6: You pay freight at the rate of the shipping time.
Step 7: We arrange export procedures, shipping and prepare documents.
Step 8: You pay balance of the goods after the goods are on board.
Step 9: We send you all documents via express mail.
Step 10: You get the goods in your country.

Q: Can you mix different types of product for us?
A:Yes, we do. Apart from the goods we offered we have long term partners to supply different items to meet your requirment and marker. We also put small items into cabinets or trunks. It can increase your variety and save shipping.

Q:How do we know if a product is antique or modern reproduction?
A: For retailers you buy from our stock and it is clearly stated on our web pages.
For wholesalers generally speaking, over 85% of our items are antique and others are reproductions. Once you place the order(make down payment) , we'll pick up from our stock or let our staff collect over China. We'll mark condition for every item including old or new at the time. You can delete new ones and ask other old items instead then. But before we get your deposit we can not explain which ones are new or old so that we can concentrate on the service for valuable customers.

Q:What is the minimum order?
A: For wholesaler it's a full container load order. The processing charge is US$320 per order.
For retailers: To help buyers who just start business we also accept order over $3500. However the processing will be US$520.

Q:How about packing?
A:Big items will be packed by carton and small items packed by foam. They are strong enough to protect the goods.

Q: What is the leading delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 30 to 50 days since we get your down payment.
Q:Will we be liable for any import taxes or duties?
A: Yes, it is on your side.

Q:What happens if an item arrives damaged?
A:You have the following options:
We'll send you a new one instead if it's worse damaged. And if there's a little damaged we'll do some compensation.
